Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Lexington Green Advisory Group (“we”, “us”) collects through lexgreenag.com and through Kiowa, our decision-intelligence platform, and how we use it. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell personal information.

Visiting the website

The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Like any website, the servers that deliver it (Cloudflare) process your IP address and basic request details to serve and protect the site. The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it delivers them.

Requesting access to Kiowa

If you use the Request access form, we collect:

• your name and the Google email address you will sign in with;
• your organization and note, if you give them;
• a one-way hash of your network address, used only to limit repeated or automated requests.

We use this to decide on your request and to contact you about it. The request is stored in Kiowa’s database and sent to us by email through our email provider (Resend).

Signing in with Google

Kiowa uses “Sign in with Google” through Cloudflare Access. We ask Google only for your basic profile: your name, email address and profile picture. We use your email address to confirm that you are someone we have approved and to keep you signed in. We do not request, see or store your Google password, and we have no access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google data.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Using Kiowa

Kiowa works with public sources: government contracting notices, budget documents, award records and news. What you add while using it (for example notes, contacts, or the requirements you watch) is stored to provide the service to you and the team you work with. Cloudflare records sign-in events for security.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run Kiowa and the website on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, database and sign-in), Google (sign-in) and Resend (email). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep access requests and account details while you have access to Kiowa and for a reasonable time afterwards to keep a record of who had access. Declined requests are kept only as long as needed to handle repeat requests. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by writing to contact@lexgreenag.com. You can also remove Kiowa’s access to your Google sign-in at any time from your Google Account under Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Only people we approve can sign in to Kiowa, and every request to it is checked against Cloudflare Access.
